Knit City is looking for vendors! The Knit City Marketplace will run Saturday October 13 and Sunday October 14 at the Croatian Cultural Centre, in conjunction with Knit City workshops and lectures.

We are looking for a diverse mix of fibre artists of all types, as well as vendors that support the fibre arts (books, pattern designers, equipment, jewelry, pottery, hand creams and soaps, fibre care products, etc).

All applications will be reviewed by our Selection Committee. If you are selected to be a vendor for Knit City, you will receive a Paypal invoice along with your acceptance letter. Booth fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Booth Sizes and Fees:
Single (5′ x 10′) $135
Double (10′ x 10′)  $250
Please note: Bookings are for the full duration of Knit City. You must commit to showing for both days of the event. If you are a guild, school or club please contact us for pricing.

Rules and Guidelines:
1. Marketplace hours will be from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturday October 13th and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday October 14th.

2. Vendors are responsible for all props, hanging and display materials. There will be no dividers (ie.’pipe and drape’) between booth spaces. Two chairs per table will be provided.

3. Booths will be pre-assigned. Vendors will receive notifcation of their booth location in advance.

4. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean. Garbage bins will be provided. Large items such as boxes must be removed by vendors from the event site prior to the event start time.

5. Aisle space must be kept clear at all times.

6. Booths must be left set up overnight.

7. Knit Social does not provide insurance for vendors or products. We strongly recommend the vendors hold their own insurance policy.
